Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SMART CREATOR AI LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AI Video Generator mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers | App-generated device ID, public cryptographic key, IDFV, and (only with your App Tracking Transparency permission) IDFA | Authenticate API requests, associate generations with your device, and measure advertising performance. |
| Advertising attribution data | TikTok click ID, advertising campaign information, IP address, user agent, and your App Tracking Transparency status | Attribute installs and subscriptions to our advertising campaigns, prevent duplicate conversion reports, and measure campaign performance. |
| Product interaction data | App install, launch, registration, subscription, and purchase events | Analytics and measurement of how our advertising campaigns lead to use of the Service and paid subscriptions. |
| User-supplied content | Photos you upload, text prompts, selected templates | Generate videos and display your library. |
| Generated content | Videos and thumbnails produced by the Service | Provide playback, downloads, and sharing. |
| Subscription & purchase data | Transaction identifier, product ID, purchase price and currency, subscription status, and purchase or renewal event | Grant entitlements, reconcile billing via RevenueCat and the App Store, and measure subscription conversions from our advertising campaigns. |
| Operational logs | Anonymized request metadata, error reports, IP address (transient) | Detect abuse, debug issues, and operate the Service securely. |
We do not request your name, email, phone number, or contact list. The Service operates without traditional accounts and uses a pseudonymous app-generated identifier to provide your library, credits, and subscription access.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your video generations.
- To manage subscriptions, credits, and entitlements.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
- To diagnose technical issues and improve reliability.
- To perform analytics and, with your permission where required, measure which of our advertising campaigns lead to installs, registrations, purchases, and subscriptions.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising Measurement and App Tracking Transparency
We use TikTok for Business to measure the performance of advertisements for our own app. For Apple App Store privacy disclosures, device identifiers, product interactions, and purchase history used for this attribution and conversion measurement may be considered data used to track you.
On iOS, we request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before enabling user-level advertising matching. If you grant permission, we may use IDFA, IDFV, a pseudonymous user identifier, TikTok click ID, IP address, user agent, and subscription or purchase events to attribute activity to an advertising campaign. The pseudonymous user identifier sent for server-side matching is cryptographically hashed. We do not send TikTok your name, email address, or phone number.
If you decline permission, we do not send IDFA or enable our server-side user matching. Core app features remain available, and advertising measurement is limited to non-user-level or privacy-preserving methods such as Apple’s SKAdNetwork. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. Third-Party Processors
We share limited data with the following processors strictly to operate the Service:
- Apple App Store — payment processing and subscription management.
- RevenueCat — subscription state reconciliation between the app and our backend.
- TikTok for Business — attribution, analytics, and measurement of advertising for our app through the TikTok App Events SDK, SKAdNetwork, and Events API. Events may include app lifecycle and product interaction events, a pseudonymous identifier, purchase or subscription details, TikTok click ID, and device or network signals. IDFA and our server-side user matching are used only after App Tracking Transparency authorization.
- AI model providers — receive your uploaded photo and prompt to generate the requested video. Inputs are sent only for the duration required to produce the Output.
- Cloud infrastructure & storage — hosting of the backend API, generated videos, and operational logs.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you authorize tracking, our disclosure of limited attribution and conversion data to TikTok may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You can decline the iOS tracking prompt or later withdraw permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Without permission, TikTok measurement is limited to privacy-preserving technologies such as Apple’s SKAdNetwork.
5. Data Retention
Your generated videos, associated metadata, and stored attribution context are retained as long as your device remains active with the Service or until you delete them. Queued advertising events are removed after delivery or after retry attempts are exhausted. TikTok and Apple retain measurement data under their respective policies. You may delete individual videos in the app, or delete your account and all associated backend attribution data via Settings → Delete Account & Data. Backups may retain residual copies for up to thirty (30) days before being overwritten.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS for data in transit, signed API requests (ECDSA P-256), and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable), you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of that data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- opt out of tracking or targeted advertising by denying or withdrawing iOS App Tracking Transparency permission;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app by deleting individual videos or by tapping Delete Account & Data. For other requests, contact us at the address below.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
SMART CREATOR AI LLC is established in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
